Microsoft Lync 2010 is an instant messaging clients used with Microsoft Lync Server or Lync Online available with Microsoft Office 365. The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The primary executable is named ocpubmgr.exe.
