Overview

Dexpot is a program developed by Dexpot GbR. The most used version is 1.6.14, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. Upon installation and setup, it defines an auto-start registry entry which makes this program run on each Windows boot for all user logins. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The main program executable is dexpot.exe. The software installer includes 13 files and is usually about 6.32 MB (6,625,505 bytes). In comparison to the total number of users, most PCs are running the OS Windows 7 (SP1) as well as Windows 10. While about 38% of users of Dexpot come from the United States, it is also popular in Germany and France.
Dexpot has been seen bundling various 3rd party software during the installation process. Make sure to check for and remove unused programs.

It's a very good program, as long as it's installed in the appropriate PCs. If your PC has less than 4GB memory, then upgrade the RAM! A decent processor benefits as well. If this is put on a machine that lacks modern specs, then yeah, Dexpot isn't going to fly, and should be removed if you're a cheap bastard.
