Remove Atheros Ethernet Utility

The Atheros Ethernet Utility is installed with various Qualcomm Atheros Ethernet cards and provides the necessary device drivers, configuration and management tools. The configuration utilities allow users to fine-tune connection settings.

The most used version is 1.1.0.3, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version.
