TubeDownload 4 is a program developed by Utomato. It adds an extension to the user's Internet Explorer web browser. The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. When installed, it will add a context menu handler to the Windows shell in order to provide quick access to the program.
