What is Nexus Radio?
Some versions of Nexus Radio bundle a branded version of the Conduit Toolbar, which delivers search based advertising and results. During installation the user is presented with the option to install the toolbar. Once accepted, the packaged executable, ConduitInstaller.exe, will install the necessary components for the Conduit Toolbar to be added to the user's web browser (the home page and search pages will be modified in many cases).
Overview
The most common release is 5.6.6, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. It adds registry entry for the current user which will allow the program to automatically start each time it is rebooted. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The primary executable is named Nexus Radio.exe. The setup package generally installs about 43 files and is usually about 13.74 MB (14,403,712 bytes).

Nexus Radio has been seen bundling various 3rd party software during the installation process. Make sure to check for and remove unused programs.
