Remove Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 RsFx Driver

Applications seeking Windows Server Logo Certification are required to meet Microsoft standards for compatibility and recommended practices with the Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2008 operating systems. If the application includes drivers, they must be independently tested and signed by the Windows Logo Program (for Hardware, formally known as WHQL). SQL Server 2008 R2 FileStream Driver has been signed with a WHQL signature, though in order to verify signature, the corresponding catalog file must be downloaded and installed for the FileStream RsFx driver.
