Feature Update Service GFF is a program developed by GoforFiles. The most used version is 3.14.24, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. During setup, the program registers itself to launch on boot through a Windows Schedule Task in order to automatically start-up (this is typically done to avoid any UAC prompts). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The primary executable, gffupdater.exe consumes on average about 8.41 MB of private system memory. Typically most users end up uninstalling this just after a few days. The software installer includes 17 files and is usually about 8.86 MB (9,292,002 bytes). GFFUpdater.exe is the automatic update component of the software designed to download and apply new updates should new versions be released. In comparison to the total number of users, most PCs are running the OS Windows 7 (SP1) as well as Windows 10. While about 20% of users of Feature Update Service GFF come from the United States, it is also popular in India and Saudi Arabia.

How do I remove Feature Update Service GFF?
