What is smtmipcs Toolbar?

smtmipcs Toolbar is a Conduit web browser toolbar (powered by Perion ClientConnect) that will modify the user's web browser home page and search provider as well as install additional offers such as Search Protect which is designed to prevent other applications from changing the browser's home and search pages from Conduit. In addition, the toolbar will install ValueApps which includes adware-type programs for generating advertisements and coupons.
