This file just been submitted with 40 internet security yesterday. This come from Israel. It came along with files from Appealing apps, Fu Yu, Wilmaonline ltd, seem like the creator of Stuxnet worm. There few more files including from Gilles Vollant. The size of files were almost identical as your claims.

I have found RegistryDr by EuroTrade A.L. Ltd in my program list. I've tried to uninstall it with windows and with Ccleaner but a pop up message appeared, saying: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. Aprogram required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
