Quiknowledge

What is Quiknowledge?

Quiknowledge is a web browser extension that will integrate itself into Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. This adware program injects advertisements with its affiliate ad providers in order to serve a number of ad types including banner, inline text links and popups. These ads are aimed to promote the installation of additional questionable content including web browser toolbars, optimization utilities and other products, all so the publisher can generate pay-per-click revenue.

Advertising is served through the software with banner, text, pop-up, pop-under, interstitial, video, coupon, and/or in-text advertisements on websites where features operate and during general internet usage.

"Quiknowledge offers a free search and translation utility in exchange for agreement to install the software and receive advertising. In order to keep Quiknowledge free you may see banner, text, pop-up, pop-under, interstitial, video, coupon, and/or in-text advertisements through the software on websites where features operate and during general internet usage. An example of these ads is shown below. These advertisements are not the responsibility of the underlying site. Quiknowledge shares non-personally identifiable information, including search and URL history, to advertising partners to improve product performance."
