ooVoo Search App is an advertising-supported web browser toolbar that may modify the browser's home page, search provider and new tab pages. Changes to the browser include the following modifications:

- Modify the default home page and new tabs and protect these search settings

- Addition of alternative error page functionality, such as “Page Not Found”

Overview

The most common release is 12.25.2.422, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. During setup, the program creates a startup registration point in Windows in order to automatically start when any user boots the PC. The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. In the Google Chrome browser, it will add an extension. The primary executable is named idcldr_x64.exe. A majority of users end up uninstalling this less than a week of it being installed. The setup package generally installs about 12 files.
