This is a potentially unwanted web browser extension that is designed to deliver search modifications to the user's web browser settings. The program does this by modifying the user's home and search page in order to monetize a user's search activities.

How do I remove gotoolbar toolbar?
You can uninstall gotoolbar toolbar from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.

- Restart Google Chrome.
