Use the Citrix Online plug-in to access your hosted applications or virtual desktop. The Citrix online plug-in is required to access remote applications. You need to install the plug-in only if you run applications in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment and if you access your portal through Apple Safari, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.

How do I remove Citrix online plug-in?
You can uninstall Citrix online plug-in from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
- On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall a Program.
- Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
- When you find the program Citrix online plug-in, click it, and then do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall.
- Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
- Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove Citrix online plug-in.
