Wsys Control also known as Delta-homes.com is a potentially unwanted web browser extension and Browser helper Object (for Internet Explorer) that delivers contextual based advertising to the web browser. In addition it will modify the user's browser home and search pages as well as 'New Tab' pages to push advertising and search. It is typically defined as a unwanted application by various malware vendors.

Overview

It adds a background controller service that is set to automatically run. Delaying the start of this service is possible through the service manager. The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The main program executable is egdpsvc.exe. A vast majority of those who have this installed end up removing it just after a couple weeks. The software installer includes 5 files and is usually about 812.6 KB (832,102 bytes).

How do I remove Wsys Control?
