With this add-in, one can access e-mail messages and contacts in any Hotmail account for free. Outlook Connector uses DeltaSync, a proprietary Microsoft communications protocol. Outlook Connector works with only Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 in Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or 8. Microsoft Outlook Hotmail Connector is part of Windows Essentials, a suite of freeware programs that aims to offer integrated and bundled e-mail, instant messaging, photo-sharing, blog publishing, and security services.
