The Packard Bell Welcome Center program is included by default with most new Packard Bell computers.
Overview
Welcome Center is a program developed by Packard Bell. The most used version is 1.00.3009, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). How do I remove Welcome Center?
You can uninstall Welcome Center from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
