Overview
TeamViewer 13 is a program developed by TeamViewer. The most used version is 13.0.6447, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. During setup, the program registers itself to launch on boot through a Windows Schedule Task in order to automatically start-up. It adds a background controller service that is set to automatically run. Delaying the start of this service is possible through the service manager. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The main program executable is teamviewer.exe. The software installer includes 124 files and is usually about 91.81 MB (96,272,426 bytes). In comparison to the total number of users, most PCs are running the OS Windows 10 as well as Windows 7 (SP1). While about 83% of users of TeamViewer 13 come from the United States, it is also popular in France and Germany.
