No do not remove this program. It is part of the SysAid helpdesk system and it uses this program to keep track of inventory and several other helpful things for your IT personnel. It lets us know if you are missing software that you should have, along with how old the computer is and manufacturer data so we can check warranty status. If you see it on your computer, it is there for a reason and should not be deleted.
