Remove Sansa Updater by SanDisk

Sansa Updater is the software update program that runs with Windows in the background and checks for updates, and automatically downloads and installs them if found based on the user's settings. The program can be configured by the user for maintaining a schedule for when to check the remote server for periodic software updates. If it finds an item to download, it will download and install the new update.

It adds a background controller service that is set to automatically run. Delaying the start of this service is possible through the service manager. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software installer includes 12 files and is usually about 535.31 KB (548,160 bytes). sansaupdater.exe is the automatic update component of the software designed to download and apply new updates should new versions be released.
