What is SDMSSplash?
SDMSSplash utilizes Macromedia's Shockwave Flash to deliver a splash page for new PCs when launched for the first time as well as subsequent times as the program is set auto-start on each reboot by registering itself in the Windows startup folder.
Overview
During setup, the program creates a startup registration point in Windows in order to automatically start when any user boots the PC. The primary executable is named SDMS_preLoader.exe. The setup package generally installs about 2 files and is usually about 1.17 MB (1,225,424 bytes).

How do I remove SDMSSplash?
You can uninstall SDMSSplash from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
