PremiumUpgrader is a program developed by SystemBooster. During setup, the program registers itself to launch on boot through a Windows Schedule Task in order to automatically start-up (this is typically done to avoid any UAC prompts). The main program executable is SoftwareFixer.exe. Typically most users end up uninstalling this just after a few days. The setup package is about 760.38 KB (778,631 bytes) when donwloaded. A majority of the PCs this is running on, most OS versions are Windows 7 (SP1). The distribution of this has mostly been seen in the United States.
