What is Premier Download Manager?
This is a download manager program that bundles an extra search extension. This potentially unwanted web browser extension will modify the web browser home page and search provider to Ask.com. It also tracks various behaviors: "We automatically collect information from your computer and/or device when you use the MS Services or use its search functionality. This information may include, but not limited to, the keyword query, search query text, time of day, browser type, default language setting, IP address, an anonymous unique ID, the address of the last URL you visited before clicking through to the website, the data in any undeleted cookies , software installed upon and/or devices connected to your computer and/or device, and a code which identifies the marketing or distribution source of the MS Product used by you to conduct your search. If the search query is being generated as the result of a misspelled URL or search term entered in to the browser address bar, we may also receive the misspelled URL address or search term."

How do I remove Premier Download Manager?
You can uninstall Premier Download Manager from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
- On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall a Program.
- Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
- When you find the program Premier Download Manager, click it, and then do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall.
- Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
- Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove Premier Download Manager.
- If for some reason uninstallation fails, please install Microsoft's uninstall fixer utility which will help fix problems with programs that can't be uninstalled at support.microsoft.com.
