This is a PC registry cleaner product bundled with various third party software using download managers such as TUGUU SL. While the software is 'free', it will scan the user's PC and display various registry related errors and require the user to provide a payment subscription to remove any errors. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version).
