Nexgen is a potentially unwanted ad-support media player that will popup advertisements. "The Software starts automatically when you start your computer, runs in the background on your computer, and may periodically direct you to our sponsors’ websites and/or show you other forms of advertisements (including the Slider format)."
The program installs itself under a variety of names including Blitz Media Player, and Vast Media Player and distributed by adware vendors such as Ignition Installer, Bechiro and FIRSERIA.

Overview
A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The primary executable is named NGMP.exe. Many users end up uninstalling this after less than a month of it being installed. The setup package generally installs about 15 files and is usually about 28.04 MB (29,397,053 bytes).
