The .NET Framework Client Profile Offline Installer download will enable developers to create a deployment experience for users that are not connected to the internet. The download package contains the .NET Framework Client Profile and the full .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1.

1. On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
• Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall a Program.
• Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
2. When you find the program Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Client Profile - Language Pack (ARA), click it, and then do one of the following:
