I solved it, just press cntrl +alt +supr => Services => Services Botton => I search LPT Updater Service (right click) => STOP and just delate LPT folder!

This program installed Shopop adware that hijacks the browser and uses pop up ads. I have tried to remove it by using my windows uninstall. I am downloading this software just to uninstall this one program if that doesn't work the only thing left to do is restore my computer.
