The JDK is a development environment for building applications, applets, and components using the Java programming language. The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The primary executable is named javaws.exe. The setup package generally installs about 43 files and is usually about 28.15 MB (29,520,536 bytes).
