What is HomeTrak Live Customer Support?
HomeTrak Live Customer Support is a LogMeIn branded computer support and remote access product that uses a proprietary remote desktop protocol that is transmitted via SSL. This allows support technichians to provide remote based customer support services. The service connects the remote desktop and the local computer using SSL over TCP or UDP and utilizing NAT traversal techniques to achieve peer-to-peer connectivity when available.
Overview
Upon being installed, the software adds a Windows Service which is designed to run continuously in the background. Manually stopping the service has been seen to cause the program to stop functing properly. It adds a background controller service that is set to automatically run. Delaying the start of this service is possible through the service manager. The setup package generally installs about 8 files and is usually about 7.62 MB (7,987,689 bytes).

How do I remove HomeTrak Live Customer Support?
