The HP On-Screen Display Utility enables the pop-up graphic displays that are shown on the screen when any of the Cap/Num/Scroll Lock keys are pressed.
Overview
It is typically pre-installed with most new Hewlett-Packard computers. During setup, the program creates a startup registration point in Windows in order to automatically start when any user boots the PC. The primary executable is named OSD64.exe. A majority of users end up uninstalling this less than a week of it being installed. The setup package generally installs about 5 files.
