What is HP Customer Experience?
The Hewlett-Packard Customer Experience is bundled with most HP PCs and can be easily removed. It provides PC users added 'enhancements' with the new computer and in many cases depedning on the user level of participation the ability to send back usage feedback to HP. The biggest issues with the program however is the amount of disk space it utilizes.

How do I remove HP Customer Experience?
You can uninstall HP Customer Experience from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
- On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall a Program.
- Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
- When you find the program HP Customer Experience, click it, and then do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall.
- Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
- Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove HP Customer Experience.
