The programs's main executable is HPHC_Service.exe and has been seen to consume an average CPU of less than one percent, and utilizes about 16.89 MB of memory. The software installer includes 33 files and is usually about 5.77 MB (6,050,606 bytes). In comparison to the total number of users, most PCs are running the OS Windows Vista (SP2) as well as Windows 7 (SP1). While about 74% of users of HP Active Support Library come from the United States, it is also popular in Canada and United Kingdom.
