I recently purchased a 7 day trial of Driver Tuner and decided not to keep it. I then found they had billed (and taken) another $34.29 from my PayPal account for a years subscription as well as the 7 dail trail cost. When I asked for a refund under their 60 day Satisfaction Guarantee all I got was pleads to keep it and no money. Rip of merchants!

I recently installed driver tuner on the recommendation of Qualcom to update drivers. I had nothing but troubles. Everytime I tried to install drivers recommended by DT my system crashed. I finally removed the program and am still trying to get a refund. I'm more than glad I only paid for a one week trial.

The LonSae driver won't delete. Demands some kind of permission. Their website won't answer emails.
