Download Keeper (also known as a SafeSaver variant) is an Adware application that runs in the web browser as a toolbar and web extension. The web extension is primarily designed to take control of the user's browser in order to modify the search provider and redirect web searches. The adware has the ability to monitor and track a user web browsing activities and display various banner and link-context ads in addition to its search redirection.
