Overview
Adobe Flash Player 13 NPAPI is a program developed by Adobe Systems. The most used version is 13.0.0.277, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. During setup, the program registers itself to launch on boot through a Windows Schedule Task in order to automatically start-up. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The main program executable is flashutil32_13_0_0_260_plugin.exe. The software installer includes 105 files and is usually about 36.74 MB (38,529,643 bytes). The Adobe Flash Player Update Service (FlashPlayerUpdateService.exe) included with the Flash Player is set to run once per day if Flash Player has been configured during installation to install updates automatically when available. In comparison to the total number of users, most PCs are running the OS Windows 7 (SP1) as well as Windows 10. While about 40% of users of Adobe Flash Player 13 NPAPI come from the United States, it is also popular in Malaysia and Germany.
